Finally the waterlevels and the weather are starting to get better - looks like spring is finally here!
Saturday didn´t look to good - when driving to Wildalpen for a Helliwelli Session it was raining and quite cold! It even snowed a little when I got changed into my paddling gear!
The waterlevel on the Salza was a little high and unfortunately there was a rafting competition, so I couldn´t try the 2nd feature a little downstream.
But it was good to be on the water again!
So for today I decided to go to Plattling: a much better weather forecast and perfect levels were calling!
And here you go: sunshine, over 15 °C and an empty wave - what else do you want???

It´s such an amazing feeling to take off for a huge Loop here in Plattling!

And a few surfers were out in the sunshine too!
It was a perfect day in Plattling - working on old and new tricks with an almost empty eddy - probably due to a freestyle competition somewhere else in Germany!
